Richard C. Ly is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with 22 years of experience in software development, implementation, and integration in the healthcare and financial industries. He was previously an IT program manager at both Orlando Health and Omnicell, Inc. Richard primarily focused on implementing healthcare products such as electronic health records, and automated pharmacy applications.
Most recently, he has transitioned into an entrepreneur and investor role. Richard is pursuing new business opportunities in the FL and GA regions. He will focus on automotive services including maintenance, auto body work, and automobile painting.
Richard has been on the AACC board of directors for five years. He is a current mentor of eight years through the Horizons Scholars Program at Valencia College and previously mentored at Apex for Youth in New York in 2007 and 2008. Richard has an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami and a BA in Economics from the University of Florida. He is a Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
