Richard C. Ly is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with 24 years of experience in software development, implementation, and integration in the healthcare and financial industries. He was previously an IT program manager at both Orlando Health and Omnicell, Inc. Richard primarily focused on implementing healthcare products such as electronic health records, and automated pharmacy applications in large hospital systems.
As of 2023, Richard began pursuing franchising and other business opportunities in the Southeast. He will focus on the automotive services sector, including maintenance, auto body work, and automobile painting.
Richard has been on the AACC board of directors for six years. He was a mentor of eight years through the Horizons Scholars Program at Valencia College and previously mentored at Apex for Youth in New York City. Richard has an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami and a BA in Economics from the University of Florida. He is a Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
