Richard C. Ly is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with 22 years of experience in software development, implementation and integration in the healthcare and financial industries. He was previously an integration program manager at Orlando Health. Richard primarily focused on implementing healthcare products such as electronic health records, biomedical devices and automated pharmacy applications. His recent activities included coordinating the Epic EHR implementation as a senior project manager. He was primarily focused on education development and change management for the overall project.
Richard is currently a program manager at Omnicell, Inc. leading automated pharmacy projects. His role is to ensure clients have a successful customer journey while onboarding the Omnicell suite of products.
Richard has been on the AACC board of directors for three years. He is a current mentor of seven years through the Horizons Scholars Program at Valencia College and previously mentored at Apex for Youth in New York in 2007 and 2008. Richard has an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami and a BA in Economics from the University of Florida. He is a Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
