Richard C. Ly
Senior Program Manager, Orlando Health
Richard C. Ly is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with 20 years of experience in software development, implementation and integration in the healthcare and financial industries. He is currently a senior project manager at Orlando Health. Over the last six years, Richard has focused on implementing healthcare products such as electronic health records, biomedical devices and automated pharmacy applications. His recent activities include collaborating as one of the senior PM’s, coordinating the ELLiE CHR (Epic Comprehensive Health Record) implementation. He is primarily focused on education development and change management for the overall project.
Richard has been on the AACC board of directors for two years. He is a current mentor of five years through the Horizons Scholars Program at Valencia College and previously mentored at Apex for Youth in New York in 2007 and 2008. Prior to relocating to New York, he was a mentor at Covenant House Florida in Fort Lauderdale. Richard has an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami and a BA in Economics from the University of Florida. He is a Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
