Founder & President of the World Health Exchange

Tim Armendinger is the Founder & President of the World Health Exchange. The company’s vision is to become the first stock market hybrid for the entire global healthcare industry, providing real time market pricing that is transparent to both the healthcare industry and customers at no cost. This vision will facilitate industry innovation across the entire global health industry (Healthcare / Dental / Pharmaceutical / Insurance / Medical Logistics), increase access globally with health providers, and help meet market demands for competitive and more affordable pricing worldwide.

Tim previously served as the Director of Global Outreach for Advent Health – Central Florida Division, where he led the Global Strategy, Global Partnering, Global Business Intelligence, and Global Patient Program initiatives for the Central Florida Division network of hospitals. Before serving the community in global healthcare, Tim served on the United States delegation for nuclear treaty monitoring and held other diplomatic roles that supported global nuclear policies worldwide. Additionally, Tim served as the United States Lead National Liaison for the greater Washington DC region for nuclear monitoring, within the United States Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Enterprise.

Tim is a retired military officer with leadership experience across strategy and planning, research & development, acquisitions, finance, and global operations. His professional roots began as a researcher in biotechnology, genetic engineering, and computational chemistry. Tim has actively supported the community by volunteering in various roles, to include but not limited to the Executive Committee for the Asian American Chamber of Commerce for Central Florida, United Nations Association of Orlando, Presidents Council of Central Florida (NAAAP), Boy Scouts of America (an Eagle Scout himself, circa 1996), the United Inventors Association, and served as Chairman for the annual Pearl Harbor Survivors Commemorations. Tim was born in Seoul, Korea and has lived across the Far East and the United States.
