Alpa believes that true health is a state of complete physical, mental and social being, not merely absence of disease. Ms. Alpa Raval is an experienced integrative lifestyle therapist with a demonstrated history of working in the medical and education industry as a yoga therapist. She is the founder and MobiYogi.
Ms. Raval has previously served as a treasurer for four years at the Habitat of Humanity of Lake County. Alpa teaches emotional intelligence through yoga and mindful meditation as part of their Success Training Employment Program (STEP). She was a volunteer at United Against Poverty Center in Orlando. She has also volunteered at the Indian American Chamber of commerce for the past fifteen years in various rolls. Ms. Raval served on the Board of Directors at the Asian American Chamber of Commerce in previous years as well.
Alpa completed her studies in finance from the University of Illinois in Chicago and bachelors in accounting from the University of Charleston. She has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years, first as an agent and then in real estate management and investment.
Alpa’s personal mission in life is thru service, public speaking and advocacy she hopes to inspire and create wellness warriors wherever she goes.
