Kenway’s practice focuses on commercial, real estate, and international litigation, with an emphasis on contract and business disputes, both domestic and abroad. A well-rounded litigator with first chair trial experience, Kenway represents and advises clients through all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, complex motion practice, evidentiary hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial. He regularly assists clients with a variety of real estate related matters, including contractual issues, title disputes, and landlord/tenant disputes. Serving a diverse client base, Kenway also represents and advises clients in state and federal courts across Florida on matters involving, among other things, breach of contract, products liability, business torts, replevin, negligence, and fraud.
Separate from his practice, Kenway remains active in the community, having served as President of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association, Chair of the Orange County Bar Association, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, among other notable distinctions.
