Simon Choy is Vice President and General Manager for ADP Operations in Orlando and Miami, where he leads large scale, multi site operations with a focus on building high performing teams, delivering operational excellence, and driving enterprise transformation. With more than three decades of global leadership experience, Simon has held senior executive roles across Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Operations, including serving as Corporate Vice President and Human Resources Officer Worldwide at Tupperware Brands. His career is defined by successfully leading complex transformations, implementing full lifecycle ERP systems, and aligning people strategies with business growth.

At ADP, Simon plays a pivotal role in advancing the OneADP model, partnering across business units to drive strategic initiatives, enhance associate experience, and deliver consistent client outcomes. He is also deeply committed to developing future leaders, serving as a key champion of the ADP Business Knights Leadership Academy in partnership with the University of Central Florida UCF. This initiative reflects his vision of connecting education with real world experience to build a sustainable pipeline of future ready talent.

Simon is widely recognized for his contributions to community and workforce development. He serves on multiple boards, including the UCF College of Business Advisory Board and regional economic and nonprofit organizations. His leadership and service have been recognized by the United States House of Representatives and President Barack Obama.
