Vincent Desai, founder and principal of Desai Ventures, LLC, is an experienced real estate land developer and builder with more than 22 years of success in residential and commercial projects across Central Florida. Since 2002, he has led the acquisition, planning, development, and sale of over $148 million in real estate assets.

Vincent has developed and co-developed 288 single-family homes, office condominium projects, medical and professional centers, and specialized facilities. He also has extensive experience purchasing, improving, and repositioning land for large-scale development.

In addition to his real estate work, Vince maintains strong relationships with international investors—especially in Brazil and Latin America — and is known for structuring creative financing models, including presales, escrow-based construction funding, PACE financing, and partnership structures.

Based in Orlando, he continues to lead Desai Ventures’ expansion into luxury residential communities, professional and medical office developments, and mixed-use projects throughout Central and South Florida.

Beyond real estate, Vince is actively involved in the entertainment industry, serving as an investor, film producer, distributor, and occasional actor in U.S.-based productions.
