Jacqu’e Cumberbatch is the CEO and Loan Consultant of Sure Foundation Consulting Services, where she helps small-business owners and real estate investors access capital and navigate the commercial lending landscape. She specializes in SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, DSCR and non-QM financing, and business credit development, with a strong focus on empowering minority, immigrant, and women-owned businesses.
Jacqu’e is passionate about business financing education and believes business owners are best served when they understand how to prepare their businesses for funding before pursuing capital. She takes a practical, methodical approach to educating entrepreneurs on business funding fundamentals, including loan readiness, and responsible credit practices, helping them make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.
Prior to her work in business consulting and finance, Jacqu’e had an extensive career as a Registered Nurse, specializing as a Nurse Informaticist. With over a decade of experience in healthcare informatics and systems implementation, she worked closely with physicians, clinical teams, and executive leadership to support electronic health record optimization, regulatory compliance, data analysis, and operational efficiency. This background continues to inform her analytical, systems-based approach to problem-solving and strategic planning.
Active in the Central Florida business and nonprofit communities, Jacqu’e is a member of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR), and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). She also serves as a Board Member and Women’s Ministries Leader at her Church.
As a Board Member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, Jacqu’e is committed to supporting the Chamber’s mission by fostering economic growth, collaboration, and meaningful opportunities for diverse businesses and professionals throughout the region.
